Yoshie was raised in Yokohama and moved to U.S.A in 2000. she has been working with Sushi Land since 2008 and likes to spend time with her kids and dogs who she loves.

Jun originally comes from Hiroshima but spent some time in the United States during elementary school. He began with Sushi Land in Japan and moved to the United States' Sushi Land in 2003. He loves how creative one can be with sushi, despite how relatively simple the ingredients are.

Kamiya was born in Tokyo and spent some time as a firefighter in Japan. He has been a sushi chef since 2008 and really enjoys the change of pace. He says he loves everything there is about sushi.

Edwin was born and raised in the Portland area to parents who immigrated to the United States from South Korea. He's been with Sushi Land for six years and spent most of his time at the Lloyd location. When he isn't making sushi and managing the Pearl store, Edwin likes weight lifting, watching all kinds of professional sports, and playing with his bulldog. Edwin's favorite is nigiri sushi, especially salmon and Blue Fin tuna.
"Sushi is… my addiction. You will often find me at the restaurant even on my days off eating sushi!"

Masato is originally from Okayama and moved to Hiroshima to work with Sushi Land in 1994. He came to the United States in 1997 to continue his sushi craft. A fan of motorcycles, Judo, and weightlifting, Masato is one of Sushi Land USA's senior chefs. Bonito tuna is his favorite sushi.

Yuichi was born in Okayama City, the capital of Okayama prefecture in the Chugoku region of Japan. He's been a sushi chef for more than twelve years and has been in the United States since 2005. On his off days Yuichi enjoys taking it easy and reading a book.
